What is MediMinder?

 

Medication Reminders the simple way - direct to an individual's mobile phone, at the right time and in the right way, with powerful metrics that improve your health.
 
MediMinder is a service that allows healthcare providers to send a reminder SMS to a patients phone, based on the schedule for their medication. The patient is requierd to reply using an SMS or Please Call Me. If a customer does not acknowledge the SMS, MediMinder will call them - when they answer the call, an Interactive Menu will be read to the patient.
 
Through this interactive menu, the patient will be able to select various options - for example, they would be able to inform their healthcare provider that they have run out of or lost their medication.
